The Silent Witness program is for reporting crimes/incidents and/or serious policy violations which may affect the health, safety or welfare of the Rivier University community. Silent Witness submissions are reviewed during University business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
If you know of an incident or other matter of concern that has occurred or is about to occur, please complete the form below. The information you submit is confidential however if you would like us to contact you, please leave your first name and telephone number.
When this form is mailed you will not be identifiable by the recipient.
