You can view Rivier’s Undergraduate, Professional Studies, Graduate, and Doctoral course schedules as well as access the online registration platform from this page.

Course Registration

As of Spring 2024, Rivier is launching Colleague, a University-wide software platform.

New and current students will use the new Colleague Self Service portal to register for the Summer and Fall 2024 semesters.

Students new to Rivier can register via this online registration form.

Current students will continue to use the MyRiv portal for a variety of functions until the transition to Colleague Self-Service is complete.

Please make payment arrangements with the Office of Student Accounts before the tuition due date. Contact the office at (603) 897-8488 for details regarding payment plans. If you need to drop or withdraw from a class, please be aware of our Refund Policy.

Dropping and Withdrawing From Courses

If you drop a course before the end of add/drop period, it does not show up on your transcript and you are not responsible for any of the course payment. If you withdraw from a course, it shows up as a “W” on your transcript and you would be responsible for a portion of the course payment. Add/drop and withdrawal date are posted on the University’s Academic Calendar.

  • Undergraduate students: Contact your Academic Advisor to drop or withdraw from a course.
  • Professional Studies, Graduate, and Doctoral students: You can drop most courses through the MyRiv student portal. Under Administrative Services, select Register for Classes. After add/drop period ends, contact the Office of the Registrar at
