Bringing nearly three decades of experience in global security operations to the classroom, Major Russell Norris is a retired Marine Corps Officer. He served as a Strategic Planner and Analyst at U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command Headquarters—leading joint, interagency, and multinational engagements. Professor Norris directs the security program at Rivier and is proud to develop the new generation of cybersecurity leaders.
