At the undergraduate level, Rivier prepares future educators through an innovative three-year (90-credit) Applied Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education as well as a traditional 120-credit Elementary Education program. At the doctoral level, Rivier’s Executive Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation prepares experienced professionals to lead organizational transformation across industries.

Hands-On Learning and Teacher Preparation

Rivier’s Applied B.A. in Elementary Education is a three-year, 90-credit degree program that provides an immersive educational experience to prepare you for early entry into the workforce as an elementary school teacher. The program is designed for those who intend to pursue New Hampshire site-based licensure.

Leadership Education for Working Professionals

Rivier’s Executive Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation (Ed.D.) prepares experienced professionals to lead organizational change across education, technology, healthcare, business, nonprofit organizations, government, and other sectors. Offered 100% online, the program combines transformational leadership, systems thinking, improvement science, and applied research to help students address complex organizational challenges and achieve measurable results.

The integrated Dissertation in Practice allows students to apply their learning directly to a workplace challenge while earning their doctorate in as little as 2.5 years. Designed for working professionals, the Executive Doctorate enables students to advance their careers while maintaining their personal and professional commitments.
