Complete your 90-credit applied bachelor’s degree in just three years and earn a Master’s with just one additional year of study.
As an Artificial Intelligence major, you will develop strong technical expertise through Rivier’s workforce-focused, hands-on learning model, which emphasizes experiential learning, applied problem-solving, and real-world applications. When paired with the master’s degree in Computer Science, you will build a comprehensive foundation in software development, information technology, and advanced computing concepts, preparing you for a wide range of technology-driven careers.

Unlike accelerated degrees, where students graduate early by taking classes year-round, students in the three-year applied bachelor’s degree program carry a regular semester load of courses during the fall and spring semesters for a total of 90 credits over three years (six semesters) compared to 120 credits over four years (eight semesters). The 90-credit format streamlines general education requirements, focusing on the major’s essential courses and core requirements.
Rivier also offers a four-year (120 credit) bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence. Students enrolled in a three-year applied bachelor’s degree program may switch to the four-year bachelor’s degree program.
