English Translation:

Seal: White dove, rays of gold on a field of blue
Spray of lilies (silver) white
A book with white pages
red edge bordered in purple
on a gold background.
Motto in black letters.
The papal coat of arms and
two monograms and
the decorative angles that accompany them – gold on silver
background.
Concentric text – blue on silver
background.
