In this 3+1 program, you will:
Unlike accelerated degrees, where students graduate early by taking classes year-round, students in the three-year applied bachelor’s degree program carry a regular semester load of courses during the fall and spring semesters for a total of 90 credits over three years (six semesters) compared to 120 credits over four years (eight semesters). The 90-credit format streamlines general education requirements, focusing on the major’s essential courses and core requirements.
Rivier also offers a four-year (120 credit) bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Students enrolled in a three-year applied bachelor’s degree program may switch to the four-year bachelor’s degree program.
With the complete renovation of Rivier’s business facilities, you will learn in modern spaces with a focus on experiential learning. Working with advanced technologies in our cybersecurity labs and collaborating with faculty provides real-world experience and prepares you to enter the workforce with confidence.
As a Business Management major, you will focus on developing practical skills and preparing for the workforce. Through two six-credit internships, you will gain valuable hands-on experience at one of the region’s top employers, preparing you to build your resume and launch your career.
