Rivier University to host New Hampshire entrepreneur Dr. Kedar Gupta for book signing

Rivier University is pleased to welcome Dr. Kedar Gupta, a visionary New Hampshire entrepreneur and innovator, for a book signing as he presents his new business memoir, Carving My Destiny: Lessons from My Entrepreneurial Ventures. The book chronicles his remarkable journey from humble beginnings in India to becoming a pioneering force in technology and business. Dr. Gupta’s talk will take place on Thursday, October 24 at 4 p.m. in the Sylvia Trottier Hall auditorium, followed by a reception and book signing in the Division of Business and Security Studies.

Dr. Gupta is a clean technology expert who paved the way for the solar industry. He came to America with $5 in his pocket and went on to later co-found GT Solar, which grew to $240 million in revenue by the time it went public. He has received numerous awards for his engineering and entrepreneurship. In Carving My Destiny, Dr. Gupta shares personal stories of overcoming obstacles, taking bold risks, and building successful ventures. His journey is a testament to perseverance, innovation, and the power of dreaming big.
