Rivier University’s Student Nurse Association received the Presidents’ Leadership award for its’ significant contributions to the campus as well and surrounding communities. Campus initiatives included the launch of a peer mentoring program, hosting group study nights, and the coordination of a Nurse Panel to engage alumni and current students as well as to highlight local opportunities for Rivier graduates. The Association’s community outreach included a Red Cross Blood Drive, toiletry and sock drive for the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter, as well as support provided to Girls Inc., local nursing homes, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The Day Cafe at St. Patrick’s Parish in Nashua is a valued community partner of Rivier University.
