Faculty Speaker Series | Dr. Martin Menke
Join the Regina Library for the first Faculty Speaker Series of the Academic Semester.
Dr. Menke will explore the ways democratic systems can fail through the metaphor of a pier standing against ocean waves. Drawing on the collapse of democracy in Weimar Germany, he will examine the forces that can erode democratic institutions and the conditions that contribute to their decline.
