Rivier Donates Telehealth Equipment and Medical Supplies to Support Local Hospitals and Organizations

Rivier has donated and loaned vital medical supplies and equipment to support the local healthcare workforce and at-risk community members.

To date, Rivier’s growing list of donations has benefited St. Joseph Hospital, Southern NH Medical Center, Catholic Medical Center, Elliot Hospital, Lowell General Hospital, Lamprey Health Care, Nashua Home Health and Hospice Care, Concord Hospice Care, Merrimack Home Health and Hospice Care, and the City of Nashua’s Division of Public Health & Community Services.

Dedicated to safeguarding our healthcare workforce and communities in the fight against COVID-19, Rivier donated protective gear and medical supplies, and shared IV pumps, bed trays, beds, and more with area hospitals and organizations. Donated items include 475 isolation gowns, 830 N95 respirator masks, 400 shoe covers, 500 surgical masks, 250 exam gloves, 80 protective glasses, 200+ hand sanitizer bottles, 200+ bouffant caps, and vast amounts of alcohol pads, disinfectant wipes, and thermometers.

The sharing of telehealth technology and equipment, including laptops and iPads, will enable caregivers with Nashua’s Division of Public Health & Community Services, Concord Hospice Care, and Merrimack Home Health and Hospice Care to conduct virtual home visits and remote assessments and to check-in on patients’ overall well-being. Providing these crucial services via video calls keeps nurses, doctors, and patients safe, healthy, and connected.

Rivier considers it a privilege to support local hospitals, organizations, and dedicated healthcare professionals as they work to limit the spread of COVID-19 and provide quality healthcare to members of our community.
