Yom HaShoah | Greater Nashua Holocaust Remembrance Day

Judy Batalion, author of “The Light of Days: The Untold Story of Women Resistance Fighters in Hitler’s Ghettos” will be on campus to speak. Batalion spent a dozen years in Poland, Israel, and North America uncovering Yiddish-language diaries and interviewing family members to tell the story of Jewish women who risked their lives as couriers, smuggling weapons between locked ghettos, assassinating Nazis, forging documents and rescuing Jews.
