Ricky Mott

Ricky Mott serves as Vice President for Enrollment Management, providing strategic leadership for the University’s enrollment initiatives across more than 60 undergraduate, professional studies, graduate, and doctoral programs offered through both on-campus and online modalities. As a member of the University’s senior leadership team, he leads Rivier’s enrollment strategy to support institutional growth, access, and long-term sustainability.

With more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, Mott brings a data-informed, student-centered approach to recruitment and enrollment planning. Prior to joining Rivier, he served as Director of Undergraduate Admission at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, and his career also includes senior enrollment roles at Loyola University Chicago, the University of Colorado Denver, and Spring Hill College.

In his role at Rivier, Mott leads a team of enrollment professionals focused on articulating the University’s distinctive value proposition, including its Employment Promise Program, nationally ranked nursing programs, state-of-the-art academic facilities, vibrant campus life, and competitive intercollegiate athletics.

Mott holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of South Alabama. He is actively engaged in the profession through service with several organizations, including the New Hampshire College and University Council (NHCUC), where he currently serves as Chair.
