Background
Geneva Lai, MSN, RN, entered Nursing as a second career after working in federal law enforcement for several years. She completed an accelerated MSN program earning her degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership in 2018. She has worked in medical/surgical settings, PACU, employee and occupational health and is passionate about quality improvement and positive outcomes initiatives.
