Nondiscrimination

Rivier University does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, veteran or marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability in admission or access to, treatment in or employment in its programs and activities.

Title IX requires that the University not discriminate on the basis of gender. Sexual Harassment and No Harassment

The Sexual Harassment and No Harassment Policies include information on prohibited conduct and complaint procedures concerning discriminatory conduct prohibited by Title IX of the Federal Education Amendments of 1972, by state nondiscrimination laws, and by judicial opinions are known as common law. All persons who are part of the Rivier University community are requested to ensure that these policies are followed.

If you are subject to unwelcome behavior or believe that others might be experiencing behavior that is not desired, make sure to report such behavior to the Director of Human Resources. You may also file a report with your immediate supervisor or one of the University Vice Presidents in accordance with the procedures set forth in the policies. Ban on Incentive Compensation

Rivier may not provide any commission, bonus, or other incentive payment based in any part, directly or indirectly, upon success in securing enrollments or awarding of federal financial aid, to any person or entity engaged in any student recruitment or admissions activity or in making decisions regarding the award of Title IV funds.
