RIVIER UNIVERSITY NURSING ALUMNI HAVE A STORY TO TELL
We all have a story of the work it took to get us where we are today … and where we want to go tomorrow.
Graduates of Rivier’s nursing programs are prepared to become licensed registered nurses, nurse practitioners, nurse educators, and nurse leaders throughout the United States.
- Students receive hands-on training in our simulated clinical and nursing skills laboratories, fully equipped with examining instruments, mannequins, ophthalmoscopes, IV pumps, advanced cardiac assessment modalities, and more.
- Undergraduate students can choose from a two-year associate, four-year bachelor’s degree, or advanced placement for LPNs.
The hallmark of Rivier’s nursing programs is the faculty-supervised clinical experience in award-winning magnet hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout greater Boston and central New England.
As reported by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC),
- In 2017, 92.68% of Rivier nursing graduates passed the NCLEX Exam, 5.5% higher than the national average.
- In a survey in which nearly 95% of our nursing graduates responded, 100% reported receiving placement related to professional degree within 6-12 months after completing our program.
