Create Handouts in Word

Create handouts that can be edited and formatted in Word.

Create a Word document that contains the slides and notes from the presentation.

Use Word to layout, format, and add content to the handouts.

Automatically update slides in the handout when the presentation changes.

Open the PPT presentation
Click File tab / Save & Send / Create Handouts
Click Create Handouts icon
The following screen displays:

Select the option you want
OK

The presentation will open in Word
Type the information and Edit as needed.

Save Word document and Print.
