Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations
Rivier University seeks a full-time, Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations to perform a variety of operational processes, data entry tasks and prepare departmental reports for the Admissions office. Data entry will include performing processes necessary to load data files directly into the Admissions database.
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations must possess the ability to prepare lead and application files for data upload into the Admissions CRM-Element 451 data base. The candidate will update, verify data entry and coding information from multiple sources. Retrieve information and run reports from the CAMS student information system. Assist in compiling data for regular and special reports. Applicant must possess the ability to work as a member of the data entry and Admissions team as well as work individually to accomplish tasks.
The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated technical aptitude for advanced data management applications. CAMS and CRM experience preferred. Applicants must have excellent data entry skills. The candidate must have strong skills in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Access. Experience managing a heavy volume in a deadline driven environment, and the ability to manage multiple short and long-term deadlines is critical.
