Adjunct | Cybersecurity
River University seeks part-time, non-tenure, Adjunct Faculty for Cybersecurity with an earned graduate degree in a computer security field. The successful candidates are responsible for providing Cybersecurity related courses at the undergraduate level on Rivier University’s Nashua, New Hampshire campus.
Candidates must possess a keen interest and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students as well as the ability to work effectively with students of all levels and abilities. Candidates should have a demonstrable understanding of areas of IT Security, Coding, Networking, Ethical Hacking or System Defense. Security+ or Net+ and Ethical Hacker certifications a plus.
Also important is the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues both in the department and throughout the University community. The successful candidate may expect a teaching load that includes areas of security technologies, data and information privacy, and/or other cybersecurity-related fields.
