Bobbie Bagley has presented at local, regional and national conferences on public health, cultural competency and nursing education. She has successfully procured over $1,000,000 in grant funding, developed and evaluated programs, conducted needs assessments and developed surveys. Bobbie has served as a Board Director for the New Hampshire Minority Health Coalition for the past six years and served in the position the Chair for the Board of Directors for three years. She also served on the Board of Child Health Services for three years and co-chaired the NH Community Planning Group (CPG) for HIV/AIDS (two years), and served on NH CPG for a total of nine years. Bobbie continues to participate on several committees and advisory boards at the State and local levels. She is currently a member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Health Nurses, Association of Public Health Nurses (serving as the current Education and Professional Development Chair), and serves as a member of the Association of Community Health Nurse Educators and has a dual membership on the American Nurses Association and NH Nurses Association. Bobbie is a steering committee member on the NH Health and Equity Partnership, Advisory Member of the NH Partners In Nursing Committee, NH Diverse Nurse Network and the Sustainable Voices for Minority Health Group. She developed the City of Nashua Gate City Health & Wellness Immigrant Integration Initiative and currently serves as a committee member. She has been trained and certified as a deputy medical examiner and certified as a volunteer fire fighter, Level I, and has completed FEMA Emergency Preparedness Courses 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800. She became a Northeastern Public Health Leadership Institute Scholar in 2007 and received her certification in Public Health in 2008, graduating from the first public health certification class in the country with 400 other public health professionals.
