University and student mail delivery
The Mail Room receives and delivers mail for students and all University offices.
Location: Memorial Hall, Room 118
Open Hours: Monday – Friday
8 a.m.–Noon and 12:30–4:30 p.m.

Outgoing Mail: Must be received by 3:30 p.m. for processing and mailing same day. No mail is processed after 4 p.m.
Postage: The Mail Room does not sell stamps; however, staff are happy to meter a letter for you. Postage payment, cash or check only, is due at the time of mailing.
Mailing Packages: The Mail Room stocks United States Post Office envelopes and boxes. (Rivier envelopes are not available.) Whenever possible, packages should come to the Mail Room shipping-ready and properly labeled.
Mail: Students should check for mail at least once per week.
Students must present their ID for mail and package pick up.

Students who have ordered items should keep track of shipment information and collect packages upon delivery notification. Mail Room space is limited for package storage.
