Maintaining the campus environment
The Facilities Department is a University service organization responsible for Rivier’s campus facilities and grounds, which include more than 68 acres of land and 44 buildings.
Department personnel are responsible for building operation and maintenance, groundskeeping, janitorial, and event-support services.

To make a routine maintenance request, please visit the Work Order Website. If this is your first time entering in a work order, please use the Work Order Request Guide. The guide has links, screenshots, and instructions on submitting your requests.
To request conference space, please use the Rivier University Outlook Calendar system. For more information, please review the Outlook Resource Booking Manual. Classroom and event space setup information, capacities, and multimedia capabilities are provided in the Event and Conference Space Catalog.*
