Nursing facilities and resources
Rivier's physical assessment and nursing skills simulation laboratories are equipped with a wide array of patient examining equipment, including SIM Man, SIM baby, SIM Kid, and Noelle, the birthing simulator. Labs also offer interactive learning systems and an extensive supply of examining instruments. Students gain hands-on experience on campus, as well as in clinical rotations.
Our faculty are credentialed and experienced nurses. They share their expertise and perspective with students and help them find their niche in nursing.
Partnerships with a variety of healthcare organizations throughout the region offers the opportunity to learn about a wide range of specialties, as well as the type of setting that suits each student best.
