The program curriculum focuses on both quantitative and qualitative skills development and incorporates applications-based learning using new technologies, global perspectives, and ethics-based best practices. Pursuing a master's degree strengthens graduates' resumes, providing a distinct advantage in the job market.
Program of Study
Classes are offered online. Online courses are asynchronous, which allows students to access and complete coursework at any time of the day or night. Courses are offered in 7-week terms. There are a total of six 7-week terms per year (two terms in each of the fall, spring, and summer semesters).
Rivier’s B.S./MBA program provides a streamlined, integrated experience; the bachelor’s degree requires a minimum of 120 credits and the MBA requires 30 graduate credits. The MBA includes five core business classes, three electives, and two internships for which students receive course credit. Instead of two internships, students may fulfill two alternative business elective courses. Undergraduate students must enroll in the master’s degree within a year of graduation to be considered for this program.
