Background/Accomplishments

Lisa Strout Ph.D. is an instructor specializing in early childhood education at Rivier University. Her research focuses on working with adult learners, as well as quality initiatives in professional development and intentional teaching practices. Lisa holds her NHECPD credentials in Workshop Trainer and Faculty.

Ms. Strout has worked in multiple roles with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and afterschool program children in early learning centers, as well as positions as a center manager of a head start program, director of a parent cooperative early learning center, and the Executive Director of NHAEYC. She provides trainings and consultations and serves on multiple statewide organizations dedicated to improving early care and education for children, families, and professional educators.
