The Office of Marketing and Communications assists Rivier faculty and staff in developing and designing a variety of publications and in promoting campus events and programs. Here are some of the ways we can be of service:
The Office of Marketing and Communications designs a wide variety of print materials and more. Whether you need a brochure, invitation, form, t-shirts, banners, envelopes, or something else, we can help. To initiate a project, please complete a publication request form. There are many factors that determine how long a job will take to design and print. To guarantee that we can meet your anticipated delivery date, please submit your request as early as possible.
For business card requests for faculty and staff, please submit an online order to the Office of Marketing and Communications. To ensure the best possible pricing for your department, we order business cards in lots of three. If you need your cards immediately, please let us know, otherwise, we will hold your request until we have three orders.
Press Releases & Calendar Additions
If you have an event or accomplishment to promote, the Office of Marketing and Communications will work with you to determine the most effective way to reach your target audience. Most media outlets request information about upcoming events two to three weeks prior to the event date. To meet deadlines and provide adequate coverage for your event, please contact the Office of Marketing & Communications at ext. 8514 or email@example.com as far in advance as possible. Be sure to include a description of your event with a contact name and number, as well as the date, time, and location arranged with Conference Services.
