Rivier University Sexual Harassment and No Harassment Policies

The Rivier University Sexual Harassment and No Harassment Policies include information on prohibited conduct and complaint procedures concerning discriminatory conduct prohibited by Title IX of the Federal Education Amendments of 1972, by state nondiscrimination laws, and by judicial opinions known as common law. All persons who are part of the Rivier University community are requested to ensure that these policies are followed. 

If you are subject to unwelcome behavior or believe that others might be experiencing behavior that is not desired, make sure to report such behavior to the Director of Human Resources. You may also file a report with your immediate supervisor or one of the University Vice Presidents in accordance with the procedures set forth in the policies. Whenever a student is involved, please contact the Vice President for Student Affairs.
