Counseling and Wellness Center

Accessing Services

The Counseling and Wellness Center is located on campus in the Learning Commons at 2 Robinson Road. It is open during the fall and spring semesters from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with evening hours available on request. We encourage students to schedule an appointment by dropping in, calling us at ext. 8251 or 8351, or calling from off campus at 897-8251 and 897-8351.

Our services are free of charge to all full-time students.

Therapy DogsIn the case of after-hours emergencies, students are encouraged to call the Office of Public Safety at (603) 888-1666. In the event of life threatening emergencies, call 911. 

The Counseling and Wellness Center provides individual and group counseling, consultation, and referral services. We facilitate workshops and psycho-educational presentations to the campus community. In addition, the director oversees the University's alcohol and drug prevention program for freshmen, called MY STUDENT BODY. 

To develop healthy and balanced lifestyles, and promote overall well-being, the Center offers a series of wellness events throughout the year.
