Report Error to Microsoft?

I get this annoying pop-up window with the message Do you want to report this error to Microsoft? How can I turn this feature off?

Go to the desktop area
Right click over the My Computer icon
Select properties
Select Advanced tab
Click Error Reporting button at the bottom of the screen

Check Disable error reporting radio button
OK
