How Do I Find my P:\drive on Vista

Click the Computer Icon on your desktop
Look for a similar icon or link with your name; there might be some differences on how your p:\drive  is displayed.

Double click on this link and the contents of your p:\drive will display

Notice the new way Vista has of displaying information:

Vista traces the path for you: I opened this folder from My Computer / acallahan staff personal drive space

In Windows XP most people never knew how to go up one level by using the small upward arrow; Vista has replaced this feature with the Large Forward and Backward arrows found in many programs, especially Internet Explorer.

Click the Organize Button; you have two options for displaying the content of your folder:

Click Layout : Menu bar is the sample that I use in my folder
If you click the Navigation Pane the following will display

Select the screen display that is right for you.

While you are in the personal drive space, you might want to select the way to View folders
Click Views

Use the slide bar to determine how you want the folders displayed.
