View/Print Voting Tallies
When a person votes on an issue, the
response is returned to the sender of the original message.
The response is recorded in the Information Bar and in the Subject line of the message. Any comments added by the responder are placed in the body of the message. This makes the responses from many people very easy to manage.

Open the original message with the voting
buttons on it
Click the Tracking tab
Click the Tracking tab
Responses are tallied and displayed on the
first line. The list of responders is recorded with the vote and
time.
The tallies will be automatically
calculated.
To print the report, Click File /
Print.
Try out this feature with a couple of your
