Outlook 2003
By default Outlook 2003 sorts e-mails by Date and then by Show in Groups.
The Show in Groups option is annoying for many users.
To remove this feature:
Go to Inbox
Click View / Arrange by /
Remove the check mark for Show in Groups
E-mails are now sorted only by date.
