Printing Pop-up Screen
If you have Windows XP installed on your computer, there is a default setting for a pop-up window to display when you send a document to the printer. Usually the pop-up screen displays at the right hand bottom of the screen.
This
feature can be turned off:
Click Start / Go to Control Panel
Click Printers and Faxes icon
Once the window opens click
File
Select Server properties
Go to the Advanced tab
Remove check mark in the Show informational notification for
network printers box
Click OK to save the
setting
