Office 2003 Online Help Files

Office 2003 has the capability to search Online Help files. These files are constantly updated and supply new content, templates and tutorials based on user demand. For computers on campus there is no problem as we have direct access to the Internet 24/7.

If you are working at home and do not have high speed Internet access 24/7, use the Offline Help files.

Change the following settings on your computer at home:

Click Help / Customer Feedback Options...
Category section: Select Online Content
Remove the check mark from Search online content when connected / OK

This configuration will search Offline Help content first. If you need additional information, search Online Help content.
Click the For additional and updated content, search Microsoft Office Online link at the top of the Search Results pane.
