View Full Screen Reading vs. Print Layout

When you open a document or attachment in Word 2007,  it will most likely open in Full Screen Reading option with one column in the middle of the page, etc.

Click the Close Button to return to the original Word document display.
The best viewing option is Print Layout.

Click Viewing Options
Click Don't Open Attachments in Full Screen / OK

Customize the Viewing settings:

When Word 2007 is open
Click View
Go to Document Views Group
Select Print Layout for regular display
or
Select Full Screen Reading for new option

You have two options; select the option that best meets your needs.
