Save as PDF Add-in for Office 2007

When you distribute Word documents electronically, not all the recipients have Word installed on their computers. Some Word documents contain malicious macros and infect other computers. Therefore the safest way to distribute documents is in PDF format.

Adobe Acrobat is the fold standard for the PDF format. However, the program is pricey.

MS Office has a free Save as PDF add-in for Office 2007. It allows you to save in PDF format in all Office applications.

Click Download to install this add-in.

Once the download is installed save the data in PDF format:

Office button / Save as ...



Upload the file to the web, or insert file as an attachment in Outlook.

The add-in works with Office XP.
