Reuse Slides from a Different File

To add one or more slides from a different presentation, try the following:

Open the presentation to add a slide
In the left hand pane, Click Slides tab
Click where you want to add a slide

A flashing line displays

Click New Slide arrow
A dialog box displays
Go to the bottom of the box
Select ... Reuse slides...

A window displays on the right hand side of the screen

Click Open a PowerPoint File

The window will open to your p:\drive
Find the presentation that contains the slide(s) you want
Highlight and click to open the presentation file

All the slides from that file will be displayed as thumbnails
Rest the pointer on a thumbnail to see a larger view

Click on the slide(s) you want to add
The slide is automatically copied to the original presentation.

Note: If you have a different design, the copied slide will automatically be converted to the original file.
