Print the Handouts

Open the PowerPoint presentation

Click the Office Button
Select Print / Print Preview

A new toolbar will display

In the Print group Select Options (customize as needed)

In the Page Setup group / Print What:
Select from the drop-down list

The default is 6 slides per page

Select the Orientation: Portrait or Landscape

Use the Zoom 100% feature to see the slides in full view

Click Print button (customize as needed)

Click the Red X / Close Print Preview Button to return to the PPT program

Save the presentation. The next time you bring up the presentation all the printing options will appear.
