Replace Fonts

The choice of fonts is an important element in the presentation. Use plain, simple fonts that are easy to read and display. Fancy fonts can be distracting for the audience.

Open the presentation
Click Home Tab / Font group

Highlight the text
Select the new font style and size from the drop-down lists
Within the Font group there is also the ability to select Bold, Italic, Underline, Colors, etc.

If you want more control over the text, click the blue arrow at the end of the Font group
The following dialog box displays

Go to Font tab and make the appropriate changes.
