Unread Mail

There is a quick way to check all of your Unread Mail, even the messages you have flagged for routing to a particular folder. This feature is great if you have many unread e-mails.

Open Outlook Program
Go to the bottom of the Folder List
Click the Search Folders
You will have one to several folders listed
Click Unread Mail

After you read and close the message it is automatically sent to the original folder.

If you decide to delete the message, it is automatically deleted from the original folder.

Outlook 2010 has another way to access the Unread mail
Click Home tab / Find group
Click Filter e-mail drop-down list
Select Unread

The list of unread messages will display.
