If you have a loved one in another time zone, you can add that time zone to your Outlook Calendar. For training purposes, we will add Kabul (Afghanistan) as a second time zone.
Open Outlook program
Go to Tools menu / Select Options
Go to Preferences tab / Calendar / Calendar Options
Click Time Zone button at the bottom of the screen
The following dialog box displays:

Check the box Show an additional time
zone
Type in a short Label: Example: AFGH for Afghanistan
Click the Time zone down arrow ... look for Kabul
(Afghanistan is not included in the list)
Select the time zone
OK
When you open the calendar, the additional time zone will only display on the Day and Weekly options ... it will not display on the monthly calendar.

The additional time zone displays on the left-hand side of calendar
