Insert Image File Attachment
Automatically Reduce the Size of Pictures

Go to Insert tab on the Ribbon / Click Attach File



Dialog box will open / select area where your file is located
Highlight the file / Insert

On the right hand side of the screen you should see Attachment Options sidebar

If the dialog box does not display
Got to Include group / Click Include Dialog Box Launcher .

Select Attachment Options / Picture Options
Select picture size from the drop-down box


The default is Don't resize, send originals
