Sent Items Folder

By default a copy of all e-mail messages is automatically forwarded to the Sent Items folder. Over time the size of the file becomes unmanageable.

If your system is getting sluggish, check to see how many messages are listed in the Sent Items folder.

Go to the Folder List; if it does not display Click Go To / Folder List

Select Sent Items

A listing of all sent e-mails will be generated. At this point there are some options to might consider.

1. Delete all e-mails that have no value ... this is the vast majority of e-mail messages.

2. Move important messages to Inbox folders for easy sorting and storage.

Need help with creating folders, go to the following Tutorial

This feature can be turned off; however, it is not recommended.
Go to Inbox / Tools / Options / Preference tab
Email options

Remove check mark in Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder box
