Delete E-mail Rules

If you create many rules for your incoming e-mail, it is good to review and delete the older ones that no longer apply.

Open the Outlook Program
Go to Tools tab
Click Rules and Alerts ...
The following list of Rules displays in a dialog box

Go to E-mail Rules tab
Notice that there are many options available
Highlight the rule to delete
Click Delete
A pop-up message / Click Yes
After you have deleted all the rules
Click Apply button
OK
