Mark my Comments with [Name]

When I respond to an Outlook email my name displays in brackets before the typed text. How can I get rid of this nuisance?

This message usually appears when you reply to a message and type within quoted text.

Check your Outlook settings.

Open Outlook
Click Tools / Options / Email
Click Email Options / Preferences tab

Go to On replies and forwards section
Remove the check mark in the Mark my comment with: box

OK / OK to save the changes.

Close your Outlook
Reopen Outlook and the new settings should not be in place.
