Empty Junk E-mail Folder
The
Junk E-mail Folder catches the junk and spammed emails that clutter
up the Inbox.
Open the Junk E-mail Folder to check to make sure all the messages
are indeed junk. Clean out this folder on a regular basis.
To
Empty the Junk E-mail Folder
Make sure you have the
Folder List displayed on the left-hand side of the screen:
If not, From
the menu bar, click Go / Select Folder List
Scroll down and right click over the Junk E-mail folder
Select Empty Junk E-mail Folder
from the shortcut menu
When you empty the Junk E-mail folder, the items are moved to the
Deleted Items folder.
To permanently delete all the messages in the folder
Press SHIFT key and Right-click
over the Junk E-mail folder
Select Empty Junk E-mail Folder from the shortcut menu
To retrieve a valid e-mail
Right-click over the message
Select Junk E-mail / Mark as Not Junk...
The message is returned to the Inbox.
