Print Distribution List

It is easy to print the names and e-mail addresses in a Distribution List.

Open Outlook program
Go to Contacts folder
Right click over the name of the distribution list (do not open the list)
Select Print from the drop-down menu

The distribution list will print

For some unknown reason, the first page prints the following information:

Distribution List Name:   TechNotes
The rest of the page is blank

The following page(s) will print out the names and e-mail addresses.

It is a good idea to print out the list. Errors are easily detected.
Edit the list as needed.
