View Monthly Appointments

Viewing monthly appointments on the calendar is a little tricky due to new options.

Make sure the Advanced Toolbar displays
Click View / Toolbars
Check the Advanced Toolbar setting

Click the Calendar option from the Folder List or the Calendar icon on the bottom of the Folder List

The following Advanced toolbar will display

Click the Black arrow to display choices
Select Day/Week/Month

To the right of the Month button there are three Details: Select High

The monthly appointments should display. 
If you select Low or Medium, the Monthly appointments will not display.
