Activate AutoComplete Feature

The AutoComlete feature suggests names as you type in the following boxes: To, Cc, Bcc boxes in an e-mail.

As you type the first letter(s) of a name, AutoComplete suggests matches based on names previously used.

Note: Frequently used names remain on the list; infrequently used names are dropped from the list.

Make sure your settings are activated:

Open Outlook program
Go to Tools / Options
Preferences tab / Click E-mail Options / Advanced E-mail Options
Click the Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields check box / OK
