Open Word Attachments in Full Screen Reading View

If you open a Word document attachment in Outlook, Word will automatically open the attachment in Full Screen Reading View. The document appears in a side-by-side page format which is very easy to read. However, there are two problems with this option:
        1.  some of the complex features are turned off because of the split screen
        2.  how a printed copy will look like

If this feature causes a problem, disable it:
Open Word program
Click Office Button / Word Options...
Click Popular button
Remove the check from the Open e-mail attachments in Full Screen Reading View box

Click OK to save changes

After this feature is disabled, the document will open in Print Preview
